RETURN POLICY
We will accept the return of yarn that has not been used and is in the original wrapper within 30 days for cash or exchange. Yarn exposed to any kind of smoke cannot be returned. Yarn with dog or cat hair and any sort of dirt cannot be returned. There is no return on needles, patterns, notions, and books.

We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We are happy to make special orders for you. We require a 50% deposit at the time of your order and the balance when your order is ready to be shipped or picked up. Special orders are not returnable.
